Sí-Yoga Síofra started practicing yoga in 2012 when she was in her first year of University studying music. She was diagnosed with dyspraxia that year and through practicing yoga saw a huge shift in her cognitive and emotional states, as well as developing her physical strength, flexibility and co-ordination.
Síofra holds a 200 hour Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Teaching Diploma, she is also Level 1 Yin Yoga trained and Level 3 Pilates trained. She enjoys practicing and teaching a mixture of styles, incorporating contemporary Pilates and various aspects from the many yogic traditions into her classes. Síofra encourages clients to listen and find what feels good to their individual bodies. She believes that balanced discipline is the key to most of life. Her intention is to help you connect to your body and build inner awareness, while relaxing, strengthening, centring, and releasing tension from your mind, body and spirit.

Monday 1pm - 2pm YOGALATES All Levels A mixture of Pilates & Yoga. Although very different in technique, there is a lot of cross over between the two disciplines & they highly complement one another. We’ll begin by gently connecting to & waking up the body, move through some stronger Pilates exercises with plenty of options for all levels of ability, and finish with some classic yoga flows & a closing relaxation to round the class off perfectly.

LUNA WAVE Brighton Wednesday 5.30 - 6.30pm PILATES Level 1 Pilates focuses on the correct alignment of the body to optimise gently building strength in the deep lower abdominals (which often get overlooked in core work), maximise mobility & fluidity of the spinal vertebrae & stabilising the shoulders & pelvis. Proven to reduce back pain, creating a longer stronger physique & helping prevent injury in other exercises. L1 will focus on introducing the basic Pilates principles, integrating the techniques through small simple movements, deepening body awareness & setting a foundation for building strength upon. 7 - 8pm YOGALATES All Levels
